Description›
This is a one-of-a-kind Oushak rug, hand knotted by a single weaver, and once it's sold there won't be another exactly like it.
This purple Oushak rug carries the soft, faded color palette and large-scale faded medallion the Oushak weaving tradition is known for, the kind of pattern that looks just as at home in an old farmhouse as it does in a brand new build.
Ordering from outside your country? No surprise fees. Duties and taxes for US customers are already built into the price you see, and we ship to the UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland the same way, what you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop.
Product Details:
Style: Oushak
Material: Wool
Construction: Hand Knotted
Dye: Colorfast Wool Dyes
Pattern: Large-Scale Faded Medallion
Color: Purple
Shape: Rectangular
Size: 12' x 15'

We picture this one in an entryway or a foyer, somewhere you will actually walk past it every day, though it holds its own in a dining room or an entryway too.
Why You'll Love It:
Because it's hand knotted and not machine made, the tone and pattern shift slightly from rug to rug, so the one that arrives at your door will be a little different from the photos, and that's the point, not a flaw. It's meant to be lived on for years, not admired from a distance.
If you have questions about size, color or care before you buy, just message us, we'll answer honestly, including telling you if a piece isn't right for your space. Thank you for supporting handmade work.
Care Instructions›
Regular vacuuming, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, and professional cleaning as needed will keep your rug looking its best for years.
